How To Lose Weight For Free Fast

So you're interested in losing weight, and doing it in a hurry. Regardless of the reason, you should first understand that relying on quick weight loss is ill advised as a method for reaching your fitness goals. With that said, may people do use rapid weight loss methods to reach a short term goal. To lose 5, 10, or more pounds by a specific date.

Reducing Food Intake

One of the various ways to lose weight for free fast is to just reduce the foods that you eat. When you do this, you should resist dramatically reducing your food intake, to avoid health risks. Unfortunately, many who want to achieve fast weight loss will not listen to this advise and some will go as far as to stop eating altogether- BIG MISTAKE. Even if it's just for a few days, you should not do this. Again, there are health risks involved and also once you start eating normally again, you will gain all of the weight back and hen some. Starving yourself is not an option. It's dangerous.

Dump The Junk

In conjunction with reducing your calorie intake, you should also reduce the amount of sweets, junk food, and/or processed foods that you eat. In the case of quick weight loss, you will want to completely eliminate junk food from your diet. Yes, I said completely. You will be glad you did. I've never seen my stomach flatter, than when I cut out the junk foods, sugars, and processed foods. Grab an apple or orange for a snack instead of those chocolate chip cookies or potato chips. You will see significant decrease in your calorie consumption simply from eliminating junk.

Get Up & Get Moving

Working out is another way that you can lose weight for free fast. Now, keep in mind, with exercise, you may not see results right away. For example, don't workout at 8 am and expect to see results at 5pm. When I workout to lose weight, I wait until the end of the week to see results. I don't expect to see results after a few hours, one day, or even three days. Though by the third day you may be seeing great results if you're reducing food intake and ditching the junk food

Count Calories, Again? Yes!

I know you're tired of hearing the whole calorie counting spill, but it's part of the quick weight loss equation. It all works together. Exercise is important to losing weight, as it helps to limit your calorie intake. When you burn off calories, with the use of exercise, your body absorbs less calories. This makes it possible for you to lose weight.

Thinking that you should just chuck the calorie counting and start exercising as much as possible, right away? Well, hold that thought. Are you already physically active? If not, you may want to start slow. You don't want to take on a 5 mile hike if the most exercise you've gotten lately is walking from the front door to your car. Start out slow. Pushing yourself too fast can put you at risk of injury.

So count your calories and take it slow with the exercises- if you haven't been very active lately. Remember one pound is equal to 3500 calories. So if you have a calorie deficit of about 500 calories per day over a 7 day period you can lose 1 pound in 7 days. Use this as your calorie count measure/guide for weight loss.

Weight Loss Cleanse Anyone?

Now this one isn't free. You'll have to purchase a cleanse program. But it's worth mentioning. A lot of people achieve quick weight loss using cleanse systems. I've never done a colon cleanse, but I have done something called the Shakeology 3 day Cleanse and I lost 7 lbs in 3 days. Similar to the Shakeology cleanse, a weight loss cleanse works by removing toxins and extra weight, actually waste, from your body.

I haven't confirmed this, but I hear that we each carry about seven or eight pounds of stored waste in our bodies -YUCKO! Do an internet search for colon cleanse, weight loss cleanse, etc. Some cleanses have a strict diet that you must follow. Cleanses come in different forms- liquid cleanses; pills; and some powders. Do your research please before trying any of the products you find.

The best methods for me have been calorie reduction combined with exercises. As I said, I did have success with the Shakeology Cleanse, however this is not something that I recommend be done frequently as a method for quick weight loss. Use caution with any method you choose. While fast weight loss is possible, it can also be dangerous health-wise.
