Pick The Best Beachbody Fitness Workout

You want the best beachbody fitness program. First let me say, Congratulations! You've read and researched, watched the commercials, and asked your friends, and now you're ready to buy the best home workout dvd for you. Good for you.

If you haven't read my article on choosing the best workout routine: 7 Questions You Should Ask Yourself Before Buying A Workout Program, it's a helpful tool for making the right decisions concerning which workout to choose.

Beachbody Fitness Trainer: Tony Horton

"One of the world's most respected (and motivational) fitness experts, Tony gets people in incredible shape fast. He's most famous for creating such programs as the efficient 10-Minute Trainer®, the effective Power 90®, and the extreme P90X®."

Beachbody P90x : P90X is one of my staple workouts and the one that has helped me gain the most results. Tony Horton One on One is another pgrogram that takes P90X to the next level.

Beachbody Power 90, Power Half Hour and 10 Minute Trainer are great starter programs. If you're just starting out and P90X is too extreme, I recommend Power 90. This is a less extreme version of P90X that will get you on the right track.

Beachbody Trainer: Shaun T

Insanity is a great program, but not for beginners. It's super intense interval training. I'm currently reviewing this program check out my review

Hip Hop Abs and Rocking Body area great workout/cardio exercise programs. Perfect for beginners to intermediates.

Exercise Boot Camp For Kids: Want a fun program for your childhood obesity prevention program? This is a great workout to try for the kids.

Beachbody Fitness Trainer: Brett Hoebel

Great program for those who want to get in shape using interval training and cardio with choreographed dance steps. Good for beginners to intermediate fitness enthusiasts. Read my review for my information.

Beachbody Fitness Trainer: Chalene Johnson

These are some of the most popular beach body workout programs. The latest and greatest is Turbo Fire. If you're ready to work hard and lose pounds, this is the workout for you. I have so many friends who have gotten into great shape using Chalene's programs.

Beachbody Trainers: Gillian Marloth Clark and Teigh McDonough

Remember: What's your focus? Abs, weight loss, muscle tone? Ask yourself these questions and be honest. That's how you will choose the program that works best for you and will fit your needs. If you need muscle tone and strength training try P90X. Does P90x work? Yes it does.

Read my P90X review and check out my results. Unless, of course, you like a boot camp exercise type program, in that case I recommend Shaun T's Insanity. Now, Shaun T is pretty intense so if you don't think you can handle it, Chalene Extreme or Turbo Fire would be better for you.
